Runs on a schedule

Usual mix in Growth · On a schedule you set — or when you paste the numbers, if the tools are not connected yet.

Status report

Builds the weekly status from tools you already use — pipeline, overdue, and tickets — once you have approved the template. You set whether it only drafts or also sends the note to a named inbox or channel.

Needs
The tools you already use, the report layout you approved, which figures belong in it, and how often it should run. You can start by pasting in chat.
Delivers
A status note to a named inbox or channel, with figures you do not trust left out — sent, if you set that.
You stay in charge
You set whether it only drafts, waits for a named person, or sends the status on its own. Connect is optional.

Used for

  • Monday at the 3PL

A 3PL office on Monday: pipeline, overdue, and tickets sit in three tools and nobody has copied them yet. The worker fills the template you already approved. You choose whether that note stays as a draft or goes to the named inbox. It does not add a fourth dashboard.

  • The same weekly page

A packaging plant sends the same weekly page every Monday, same three numbers, same layout you already signed off. The worker finishes that known fill from the tools you pay for. You can keep it on drafts, or let it run on the schedule so the operator is not building Monday by hand.

  • The chain's tools

An optician chain has connected the tools the report already uses. The worker stages the status in the inbox or channel you named. You set whether it waits for you or also sends. Paste in chat is still enough if you have not given access yet.

  • A number at the customs desk

A customs broker sees one field that looks wrong, or a number nobody trusts. The worker does not invent a figure. It leaves that cell out or flags it and keeps the send with a person — unless you explicitly say that kind of line may go back in.

  • Monday at the concrete plant

A concrete plant on Monday: pipeline, overdue, and tickets sit in three tools and nobody has copied them yet. The worker fills the template you already approved. You choose whether that note stays as a draft or goes to the named inbox. It does not add a fourth dashboard.

  • The feed desk's Monday page

A feed merchant sends the same weekly page every Monday, same three numbers, same layout you already signed off. The worker finishes that known fill from the tools you pay for. You can keep it on drafts, or let it run on the schedule so the operator is not building Monday by hand.

  • The hire yard's tools

A tool-hire yard has connected the tools the report already uses. The worker stages the status in the inbox or channel you named. You set whether it waits for you or also sends. Paste in chat is still enough if you have not given access yet.

  • A number at the driving school

A driving school sees one field that looks wrong, or a number nobody trusts. The worker does not invent a figure. It leaves that cell out or flags it and keeps the send with a person — unless you explicitly say that kind of line may go back in.

Who does this today

The operator who currently copies numbers into the same weekly note. The person who still builds Monday’s status from three tools by hand, and who still sends the same weekly page every Monday.

What it does not do

It does not invent a number, a KPI, or a new dashboard. You set whether it only drafts the note or also sends it. A figure you do not trust stays out — until you move that setting.
