You set whether it only drafts, waits for a named person, or sends reminders on its own. Connect is optional.

Used for

  • Monday at the letting office

A commercial-letting office on Monday: three notice windows sit in PDFs and the spreadsheet is a week behind. The worker reads the dates and drafts the reminder before the exit closes. You choose whether that stays as a note or goes on the calendar and out. It does not tell you whether to leave.

  • The same supplier renew

A builders-merchant office runs the same supplier auto-renew every year, same sixty-day window you already wrote down. The worker finishes that known chase from the PDF. You can keep it on drafts, or let it send so nobody finds the notice after it closed.

  • The agent's calendar

An estate agent has connected the calendar. Lease PDFs and index dates land; the worker stages the key-term sheet in the tools you already use. You set whether it stops at the sheet or also sends the reminder. Paste in chat is still enough if you have not given access yet.

  • A clause at the translators

A translation agency sees supplier terms that do not match the deal they remember, or a clause someone wants interpreted. The worker does not rewrite the contract or give legal advice. It lists the dates from the PDF you gave and leaves the meaning with a person — unless you explicitly say that kind of reminder may also go out.

  • Monday at the forwarder

A freight forwarder on Monday: a customer asked for a policy pack and one certificate is already dead. The worker flags the gap, lists what is missing, and drafts the reminder to the owner. You choose whether that stays as a note or goes out. It does not invent that you are compliant.

  • The same first-aid date

A furniture workshop runs the same first-aid date every year, same owner, same thirty-day window you already wrote down. The worker finishes that known chase. You can keep it on drafts, or let it send the reminder — and book the known course, if that is how you set it.

  • The clinic folder

A physiotherapy clinic has connected the policy folder. Due dates and PDFs land; the worker stages the pack in the tools you already use. You set whether it stops at the list or also sends the chase. Paste in chat is still enough if you have not given access yet.

  • Last year's list at the lawyers

A law firm — on the process, not the advice — sees a processing list from last year, or a policy a client wants interpreted. The worker does not rewrite the law. It shows what has not been touched and leaves the meaning with a person — unless you explicitly say that kind of reminder may also go out.

Who does this today

Whoever currently keeps renewal dates in a spreadsheet, and the owner of the policy folder that lives in someone's inbox. The person who finds the notice window after it closed, or that a certificate died when a customer asks.

What it does not do

It does not give legal advice, invent a clause, or mark you compliant. You set whether it only flags dates and the list, or also sends reminders. It does not rewrite the contract. Missing files stay missing until the document is there.
